The WE Paradigm helps us find the missing peace...both within ourselves and with each other! It is an inspired paradigm for an inspired life!
This simple yet profound paradigm is the foundation for changing our lives AND the world! By changing how we see one another and ourselves, we can change everything! There are 3 parts to the WE Paradigm:
1. WE are all the Same...Equally valuable human beings journeying through this life together. We are fundamentally the same. Understanding this allows us to understand each other and removes the fear or threat we feel from others that is driving our lives in the wrong direction!
2. WE are all Different...Each making a unique contribution through who we are, what we think, and what we do. The truth is that we are actually connected through our differences rather than divided by them. Understanding this gives us the courage to be our true selves and the capability to make a difference in the world.
3. WE are all a Team...We are not living in competition or contention with each other as it often seems, but instead we are complimentary to one another as we all contribute in our own unique way. We ARE and CAN be both: part of the collective of humankind and also unique and significant individuals within that collective. Understanding this inspires us to live authentic, responsible, purposeful, and powerful lives!
The Power in "WE" comes from realizing that each person, including YOU, is equally valuable and significant. When we understand that each person is a valuable piece in the puzzle of humanity, the conflict is removed, we discover the place in the puzzle that we fit, we start to live an inspired life, and peace emerges both within and with others!
Accessing this power really is as simple as making the decision to change our minds about the way we see ourselves and others, for once we decide to adopt this paradigm, we will quickly see its truth and power in our selves, in our lives, and in the world around us.
