Whole living is living a life of harmony, peace, and fulfillment. It is a great way to embrace the WE way in your life. Give these 10 steps a try to get started!
10 steps to whole living the "WE" Way!
1. Take one step closer to being the real you by discovering and pursuing a passion of yours. If you don't know what you are passionate about, start by paying close attention to the things that bring up a strong emotional response in you.
2. Find the valuable life lesson or recognize the good effects from a seemingly bad event that has occured in your past.
3. Focus more on being YOUR best instead of being THE best. Realize that you don't need to beat someone else in order to be a winner in life.
4. Forgive someone for something that has been causing you pain. Choose to let go of it.
5. Become "WE" with nature. Turn your thoughts 'green' by exercising gratitude for our planet and its wonders! Get outside and enjoy!
6. Make it a goal to leave all areas and people that you come in contact with in a better condition or state than they were in when you arrived.
7. Stretch out your body or practice some focused breathing exercises every day.
8. Start a daily routine of prayer and/or meditation with the intention of increasing your gratitude, increasing your spirituality, growing closer to God, and/or gaining insight on your life's purpose.
9. Ask the question 'how can I help' at least once a week, and then act on the answer.
and most importantly...
10. Start thinking "WE"! Whenever you feel like it is you versus the world, someone else, yourself, God, time, and/or an event, change your thinking to "WE" instead and remember that all things are working together for your benefit even if it doesn't seem like it at the moment. It REALLY IS you for all and all for you!
